每個刁背後都有 d 重要因素和考慮係一般人唔會有知道既。

內裡可能涉及好多 undertakings、業務分拆合併、債務資產重組、管理組織改變、股東回購部份業務、資產和負債等複雜安排。

最終收購價會和大家所見到既，可能會有好大差異添

是否即使最終收購完; 佢果o的迷你債券; 一樣係無保證可贖回 ?

巴克萊十五億四千萬美元成功購雷曼<---係收購 Lehman Brothers 既子公司矣。

至於跟果o的迷你債券有幾大關係，大家目前都未攪清楚。

呢方面要由發行公司、信托公司、銷售代理人、銀監會、證監會等出黎講至知…

總之，呢次好多香港人慘情，可能我地身邊既親友都會有份…

【牽連甚廣】消息指21間本地銀行持雷曼相關投資產品

據外電引述候任立法會議員何俊仁透露，現時有超過21間本地銀行，持有雷曼兄弟的相關投資產品。

何俊仁今日出席金管局、證監會及幾間本地銀行召開的會議後，對《道瓊斯》記者透露，雖然金管局未有提供最新數據，但相信本地銀行和投資者持有的雷曼兄弟相關資產，損失金額將在10億至100億元之間。

【力抗群雄】傳日本野村集團奪雷曼亞洲業務

據外電引述消息人士報道，日本證券集團行野村控股，奪得美國投資銀行雷曼兄弟旗下亞洲區整體業務。

消息指，野村集團在拍賣中的出價最高，擊敗了競購者渣打(02888-HK)和巴克萊集團，並可能在今日稍後時間公布，但暫未得悉交易作價。據悉，雷曼兄弟在亞洲的全部業務，共聘有3,000名僱員。

未有問題既迷你債券，將會觸法投資者放棄，可能引發相關結構產品被沽售。情況都唔知點架~

Yes agree, I donot hv these bonds, but feel shame / ugly, HK govt alleged
to be a worldwide finance centre, I donot see any protect / proper guide
for those retired / elder group when they are persuaded by the agent
to switch their money from fix deposit and invest in the迷你債券,
I trust they donot aware of the difference between tradition bonds
(including me of course), just like a trap, if the market goes well, everybody
get their return , surely majority goes to the banker / issuer, but when
the bomb explode, investor will find difference between their understanding
upon signing the paper and the contract, than they loose all their money.

Hong Kong investors are not like those investors in the US. There are different kind of investors there. For "sophisticated investors", they must have over US$ 1 million networth and many years of investment experience. This kind of investors are capable of facing drastic loss.
