In Lehmen's case, where is Mr. Lee Kok Bo, isn't he the one that should help the investor???

This is reason #1 we don't need someone like him in Legislative Council.

Don't get it wrong, he's the one who represents all those bankers, not us investors.

Why Dr. Lee should involve into this case? He is only the lego member on behalf of the banks. You should ask the government official but not doctor.

財政司司長曾俊華表示，東亞銀行出現財政問題的消息絕無根據，相信是惡性謠言引致，強調任何人散佈惡意謠言，引起恐慌，要付上刑事責任。
他說，東亞的資金充裕，財政穩健，可以應付所有客戶的需求，無須金管局協助，但強調，銀行一旦有需要，金管局會提供流動資金。

原來是斷估啫,我見22/9晚樓主話東亞有很多問題,23/9就出現擠提,
以為有特料提供給網友添!!!

我對 BEA 有信心，佢係一間穩健既本地銀行，有實力，有視野！

佢係最早發展中國大陸市場既銀行之一。

雖然不能同HKB 管理比較，但較很多香港其他中小型銀行，甚至中資銀行好得多！

其實東亞在1949年前已在上海擁有分行。其後在70年代後期再派香港同事去上海工作。她比任何一間香港銀行還要早入大陸。她同大陸關係是十分十分要好的。李生是基本法起草委員兼副主任。東亞早前的大股東(管理層)有簡氏，,馮氏及李氏等香港威名顯赫的大家族。所以我個人認為東亞銀行背景及很多因素下她是不會有事的。因為除了香港很多富豪會支持她外，中央也會對她作無限支持。

存户选择一家信得过的银行绝对可以理解。主席内幕交易，隐瞒投资亏损，这些都是事实。

口氣就會令人失信心<----對於呢類咁既人，任何一家銀行都會覺得係風險級別既客戶。因為佢地實在太武斷！

David Lee 確實有內幕交易嫌疑。不過，始終冇成功入罪，即係指控冇結果。當中佢既角色、參與程度、最終得益唔一定能構成佢內幕交易罪名，所以罰款解決。

隱瞞投資虧損一事，應該沒有。反而，係佢地主動報料，將問題糾正。
