最低工資立法生效之日就將會是中年和低文化,低技術想就業人士惡夢開始.
中年和低文化水平,低技術失業人數將會大增!!!!!

Yes, terrible...nightmare....

But can the cleaner operates as sole-prop, & then receive a service fee?

Or several cleaners form a partnership, & then share the contract fee (then they are not employees).
