how come sea brass with curry sauce , will go with red wine. no way .......should match some dry white wine.  curry and red wine cannot be match together ?

curry does not match anything, it only goes well with ice water or cold beer. if you really need a wine for curry (but it still highly depends of what kind of curry), for a mild curry, a good gewurztraminer (white) or pinot nior (red) should work

that's if you're an addict.  i suggest a mango lassi.

i wouldn't force any wine onto curry.  thai or indian.
