請問壟斷在運輸市場架構中是否合適呢? 有客運或貨運的實例嗎? 是否有有關的參考資料呢?

Using examples of your choice, discuss the extent to which monopoly is an appropriate form of organisation for transport markets.

You are encouraged to use a wide range of examples form Hong Kong and alsewhere and for more then one mode of transport, passenger and freight.
