港樓市有機會衰過沙士環球經濟不景已成事實。儘管近期本港樓市似再沒有新低價成交出現，但從個別大業主近期積極賣樓的行為，或多或少可窺探到他們對後市相當悲觀，且預期現況不是數個月可捱過，最使人擔心的是，這些實力投資者賣樓的背後除因看淡樓市，而是為銀行迫倉而作準備。
近期報章出現一則頗顯眼的售樓廣告，內容是有一批三百萬至逾千萬不等的住宅單位放售，賣點是成交期可長達三年，買方更可於付兩成樓價後入住，次年仍不想完成交易者，多付一成樓價便可繼續.......

i dont think so....SARS time is unpreditable, but this time, it is predicted from USA and...coming to HK..the impact not that big

Here comes a big news and New World Real Estate pushed and mark down a retail price 15% where near by Hung Hum. It's just a start by the way!!

SARS is a sudden crisis......

But now is a long econ. problme...........not a sudden big drop...but moving a down slope slowly....

It is not long term.... we have seen 20% drop of exports/imports, we have seen unemployment rate surged 1% in 2 mth time.... we ignore the good news like expansion of the China tourists plan, roll out of the RMB exch business in HK, GuangZhouMacauHongKong bridge..... like the way we ignored the good news we saw during SARS.

Bear in mind, we had 7.5% unemployment rate during SARS! It is not that bad lei!

慘過沙士真係唔容易架....個時大家唔知幾時會無事,聽天由命,而家係各大政府都要做野~~~而家亦都有回暖...而樓主所講既情況亦到而家都無發生
