Haha, let me come in:
1st visit: around $1300 including tips to BG
More visits (when the staff there can regonise you and you look like a boss): around $1600 including tips to BG (but hj only)
No big plan as this place is so high class and private.
Quality of BG: woo...in the 80s: , in the 90s: in the 20s:
BG is generally with "high eyes" for your 1st time visit. Must be patient and explore bit by bit. The skill of the BG may be the best of the town.

Best in skill, the BG knows very well how to tease you up.
