07年timberland的专辑中要是大家听过的话，应该还记得 the way I are和scream，这2首歌她都有参与演唱，加上电台热播，终于被大众所熟悉。07年britney spears的专辑 black out中，她不仅参与歌词创作，也为专辑献声，为她的歌唱事业添加了不少色彩。她还在usher的Love in This Club的video中担任过女主角，nero的miss independent的video中她也客串过。
另外，美国R&B女歌手Keri Hilson被指在她最近推出的单曲《Turnin' Me On》的Remix版本内，借歌词讽刺她的同行兼对手碧昂丝。
这个Remix版本有两大嘻哈巨星T-Pain和里尔·韦恩坐镇。据报道，除了碧昂丝之外，这首歌也将矛头指向另一位新晋R&B女歌手席亚拉（Ciara）。Keri在这首歌中唱到：“如果你自以为是，你的视野将会被蒙蔽（Your vision cloudy if you think that you da best）”。有报道指这句歌词指的就是碧昂丝和席亚拉。
