Happy of knowing a platform here to voice out our thoughts and share the experience!
I've been living in CC for 2months. I am happy people here are nice& civilised. Especially my neighbour Amy. Things are going well.Except...
I walked my dog this afternoon. When I reached the ground level I saw ashort slim lady walking a big dog by the bushes near the entrancearound the bus stop. As I got near by them I found her dog was staringmine with an unfriendly expression. I instantly walked away fr them buther dog was rushing to approach us and widen his jaw. I know I can'tturn to run cause it only encouraged him to bite.
All of sudden he really bite but on my leg. The sharp pain hit me and Ifound my jeans is broken. I yelled and asked the lady to control herdog as it was still approaching. She didn't seriously control it tilthis very moment and seemed not knowing what happened! She just pullhis dog a bit away. I asked her to mask his dog n told I was bite.GUESS WHAT? She replied her dog is health. I said we need to find adoctor or report to police. She excused that was not a problem as shehad experienced the other had been bite by his dog and the jeans wasbroken too. I emphasise that I was bite and feeling painful thatdoesn't matter of a broken jeans. She made an even much more ridiculousexcuse about I didn't lead my dog well! I stopped to argue and lookingfor security since she just wanted to get rid of the responsibilities. She kept saying her dog is health while I was asking the security tohelp and call police.
While the CC management people came to inquire the case, that ladyasked if she could leave to walk his dog to piss and pooh. She was allthe way so cool and even didn't say something for apology or concern!
The police came to draft the case report and got my information aboutthe right reserving of any claims and her dog might need observation byAFCD漁農自然護理署.
She did concern why I didn't need to go to public hospital but privatesince she needs to pay my medical charges. The Madam explained that Ihave right to choose the medical consultation. This lady was just nothappy and query about this & that. I told her if privateconsultation are okay then no bother to go to Queen Margret Hospital. She only concerned the money until here.
After all things setted, I walked my dog to pooh with my limping limp!
I received a call from AFCD hours later and was asked to recognise thedog tomorrow morning. The spokesman told the dog only needed to beobserved at home if it has the valid Sim and injection records. Not tobe mean or offence, there isn't any difference of watching the dog homeand of course the problem is the owner not the dog. However, it's not alesson after all. I would like to remind people to alert a 85poundsGolden Retriever with leather mask and sliver metal chain lead, walkedby a 5f 3-4 height Mandarin speaking slim lady age around 26-7.
I had so bad luck today of meeting a mad lady and a poor dog!
p.s.
This is the only thing I want to share not other private information.
Happy doggie walking!
