ELI
證券名稱
法興賞息股票掛鈎投資系列13 - 滙豐控股

16號左右於電話中與職員作實
17號 Contract 出左
20號收到 Contract
但到而家仲未親筆簽名作實, 筆錢仲未過數
今日打比職員, 想cancel, 但佢回覆係作實時電話有錄音, 有法律效力, 而且批貨已幫Hold左, cancel要折返貨

請問究竟我可唔可以cancel全身而還?
因家中短期內可能要用錢, 而HSBC可能2個月review期跌到拎唔返
佢而家仲不斷叫我簽contract..但係就話唔俾cancel
請問實情係咪如佢所說?請各好心人士幫幫忙!
筆錢要Hold多幾期就不得了!!!

Verbal agreement should be legally acceptable. It has also recording (?) as support.

But u can try not to sign the contract, see what it can do. If signing the contract
is not important, why they are pushing u to sign? So maybe the officer may not
do any recording.

Also, this kind of investment (ELI, Bond etc), they should explain to u every risk
in detail. By signing the contract, u should know the risk detail by putting ur signature.

But if confirmed by telephone, u may not know every detail and u should be able to use it
as an excuse. Do they tell u every risk over the telephone?

Better for you to discuss your situation with your banker, and see what can be done (not cancel it).

I dont think there is a chance you can cancel it on your will.

when client open the trading a/c, already sign the RDA (風險彼露聲明) .........
that mean you take you own risk
