想请问下香港哪个学校比较出名读设计的？
我想到香港深照。我要拿的是degree.
是否有奖学金还是贷学金？
环境好不好的？

You can try Polytechnic University or IVE, the Institute for Vocational Education, depending on the type of design. But I agree--Hong Kong may not be worth your effort. Taiwan (even mainland China) offer much better programs.
