個人理解:如果你把對方的網址又或者E-Mail, 就會知道對方所在, 是不是真的??

舉一個例子來說, 如果我人在香港, 而我查一查來自德國柏林的網址又或者E-mail, 除了IP之外, 可不可以知道有關的確實地址, 例如對方是否在家, 在網吧, 在學校還是在公司, 有沒有方法可以知道這些

E-mail definitely CANNOT make physical location.
IP is possible, but individuals cannot make physical location unless with the help of the local telco provider, which will not normally disclose the IP allocation table without a court order. (privacy laws)
