Referral between specialists/doctors is very common and normal.

If u have a friend ask which car is worth to buy and then u tell him mecedes benz, is this mean that u can receive a commission from benz?
As a responsible HA doctor, there are only 2 answers can be given to patient if patient ask him to introduce a private doctor for second opinion. Firstly, u answer I don't know in order to be fair to all private doctor. This is the most simply answerbut patient will think that u are so unhelpful.
Another choice is to introduce one to patient. of course u will not introduce a doctor that u never know him before. u will introduce a doctor who have worked with u before and u know that he has enough ablity to help ur patient. But someone will think there must be something unusual between the 2 doctors...
