You may choose "米X假日" Hotel. I tried the sauna there. ML is provided and the price is about 700. Another option is the sauna in "Xinqiao" hotel. No ML, bj only.

It should be about 700+. I will say XinQiao is a little expensive cause no ML. Both are quite clean. Don't worry. Not bad in hotels.

And like the other bro says, never go to where the Taxi drivers suggest. If you do, you may end up with a HJ for RMB1,500.
