It's not a matter of qualify or not, no matter you like it or not is not an issue, it's totally depended on whether he wants it or not! IMHO he really does!!!

For his doings, commercialwise is okay but polictialwise is so-so.

But this will surely help to clarify the political stands of HIM!

I would say that no matter how commercialwise his act seems is not matter, but politicalwise this is what he really should do. He should be thankful that there is a LegCo representative with such an opposing view; otherwise, he won't have such a good chance to show his stand!
