中交招股價範圍3.4至4.6元
中國交通建設股份，將招股價範圍定於每股3.4至4.6元。

中交擬發售35億股Ｈ股，集資119至161億元；中交本周五至下周三公開招股，15日掛牌，保薦人為美林、瑞銀及中銀國際。

三名策略投資者國壽集團、新世界發展(0017-HK)主席鄭裕彤及新加坡政府投資公司(GIC)，分別認購8,000萬美元(約6.2億港元)，涉資18.6億港元，股份約佔發行股數10%至15%。

Everyone should get 1 hand as this IPO is quite large (relatively).

No way. Better to borrow tax loan to fund IPOs and then can use the refund to buy upon listing. Should earn more than the @3.5% simple interest charged on these tax loans.
