* To handle personnel & leave records and preparation of daily attendance record
* Assisting general office administration such as office supplies management, filing system, equipment maintenance, as well as procurement of network / office equipment, stationery and sundries etc.
* To handle office equipment / network equipment inventory record
Job Requirements:
* Form 5 graduate or above
* At least 2 years of relevant working experience
* Good command of written / spoken English and Mandarin
* Proficiency in Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to work under pressure and willing to learn
