而後者應該似係 direct link......岩唔岩呢？

自轉了 XOCAT II 以來, 我都係一直用 http://forum.timway.com/f ,  直到上個星期五就出現 page not found 情況, 星期六都係入唔到. 後來從 www.timway.com 再 click 討論區, 就發現個link變左係 http://xocat.com/f. 但今日又變番兩個link都入到.

開thread 只係想問下大版主應該以邊條link先係pernament link.

both are correct.  
Since some technical problem, I have to move the server temporarily.  
Actually both are correct, but you can consider xocat.com as our backup server.  If forum.timway.com cannot be reached, try forum.timway.com

I mean, if you can't reach forum.timway.com, try xocat.com
xocat.com is our backup.
