Any suggestion to take someone for special dinner? I don't want hotel restaurants as I've been to all of them but somewhere classy, quiet (preferably somewhere Kowloon side.

Difficult to find on Kowloon side if not hotels. Aqua is good but noisy!

No idea for restaurant at KLN side. But if you want to have a drink somewhere at KLN, I would prefer the Sky Lounge at Sheraton. They have an excellent night harbout view. You may spend a few hours having drink and chat w/ your special partner.
