you might not know, I have tried to be very careful in this case.
筆突，紅豆沙 are my friends that I care.  we even have phone of each other to talk about the forum.  I've asked 紅豆沙 about changing 版主 about it.  And WE HAD phone talk about it.  I asked a lot and want to know about any ideas.  My phone got cut and I can't continue.  So, I write more message and talked and I found that HJ2127_ATR1 is polite and very constructive giving me ideas on it.  Please read on:

after thorough consideration, seeing quite a lot of posts by all of you, I will assign HJ2127_ATR1 as 版主 for the soccer gambling board as I think he is more suitable to be 版主 in that board cause he has given me a lot of constructive suggestions during the time.

I don't mean 唔易做，筆突，紅豆 don't have constructive idea/suggestions.  You're also helpful as well and I highly appreciate it. So, I offer a buffer period and I will do the reassignment after about 5 days, making him the sole 版主 during the time. However, during the time, I can't find any good suggestions, so I go on with it and assign HJ2127_ATR1 to be that 版主 on Tue.

To me, it is a very difficult decision to make.  If you're not happy about it, I understand.  And I'm terribly sorry about this decision I'm going to make if that make you feel bad. though, I'm still open to constructive idea/suggestions.

I want to repeat.  this is a hard decision to make.  and I feel that you all have supporters.  So, I'm embarrassed.  And I have already tallked to 紅豆 about it.

You stated your case. Fair enough.

I am not convinced that your decision is right.
The appointment of boardmasters is your prerogative, but you are perversely unfair.

Perhaps you may care to tell us what was the dire need for such a drastic move.
Who and what forced you to make a difficult decision?

One last thing, whilst not expecting you to be answerable to any of us, I hope you will appreciate that open and good communication would help with you administration.

personal attack is strictly prohibited here.
I feel personal attack by both butt and you and so I have to make this decision.  (both in phone talk and messages in this forum)

I want to state again that you've been very helpful.  Though helpful should be polite as well.

Ok, personal attack is the reasonable explanation.  I don't like to make it public.  I already mentioned in phone talk.  I feel embarrassed to point it out here.

Be polite in both sides, and both will be respected.  If I make mistakes, all people need to be politely told.

I, as an ordinary member of the forum, expect and demand an Administrator who is and is seen to be fair.

Mind you, do not point your finger at me and shout "Personal Attack".

actually, their contribution is enormous.

for the private conversation:
just ask red bean if she has suddenly put down my phone or not.

I have no intention/motivation to make those who contribute a lot to feel bad.  That is a stupid decision.  However, giving a lot of contribution does not mean that you can be impolite to others.  this is stupid to ask those contributed a lot to leave. does it make sense?

think of it!

I repeat.  that's a difficult decision.  I have to choose one who is rating of 89 and rating of 96.  Which one will you choose?  very difficult.

我一向玩開筆突同紅豆沙個亞洲讓球盤擂臺好多年架喎! 依家無得玩

睇番今日嘅HJ2127_ATR1 做來做去都喺同佢咁多年一様嘅估估下張貼區之嘛! 一模一様都唔好玩嘅, 估估下張貼區一向不及亞洲讓球盤擂臺架啦!
點解不能保留筆突同紅豆沙個亞洲讓球盤擂臺呢? 起碼多元化些呢?

I want to know the reasons as well.  The conversation is : I keep asking and asking...
anyway, just ask red bean.  she is impolite in this thread as well.  So, privately, publicly.

I don't want to: 辭咗紅豆沙.
Though in this case, I have to choose.  If I have a chance, I want them all.  However, 紅豆沙 do not let me to do it.  I hope all 4 of them can be 版主 to make all people happy.  However, 紅豆沙 don't let me.  So, I have to choose.

For your ideas you want to keep on the game, please suggest to:

I asked you who and what forced you to make a choice.  You say nothing.

What would you expect someone who is aggrieved by your action and annoyed by your unconvincing explanation to react when you tried to sort things out in private?

You are like a brick wall (a feeling I got with you from experience)  and I could understand the frustration in "reasoning" with you.

As I see it, the Soccer Board had all along been fine before your big and heavy hand knocked three board masters out.

As I said, you are not wrong.  You are just perversely unfair to the three removed board masters.

Regarding (2), you mean the one and the three, or amongst the three?

Further to my previous post, I think you have not answered the "Who".

I have no concrete evidence in hand. Allegedly you have changed your mind a few times, and appeared to be manipulated by someone behind.

For fairness sake, please tell us more why you all of a sudden have to make a "difficult" decision to remove three helpful board masters, particularly two of whom you claimed to be friends. Do not mention the impoliteness, unless the instances were before your decision.

近來收到好多公開帖子， pm 或來電，查詢關於呢件事，但因公私兩忙，到今晚先一次過係到回應。　

有會員或版主對今次事件咁大反應，我估有以下原因：

(1) 本人在版主區，其中一項版務建議係，唔上線，唔管理，唔發言的版主，建議刪除。

(2) Soccer Gambling 足球博彩/賭波版：請睇以下呢題：

自 2010 年 7 月前，即世界杯完結前，我想起碼有 1-2 年，一直都係由：butt, 唔易做，呢兩位會員做版主。

到最近兩三個月前先突然轉左幾次版主 / 組合。

(A) butt, 唔易做
(B) HJ2127_ATR1, 唔易做
(C) 唔易做
(D) 筆突, 紅豆沙, 唔易做
(E) HJ2127_ATR1

由 A 轉 B，好大原因係因我而起的。

因好耐之前，都有同 xocatII 建議過，因 butt = 筆突，而筆突只會用呢個名管理版面，應該轉番筆突做賭波版版主。

而筆突自世界杯後，已經冇再在賭波版發言或管理版面，而我在賭波版攪英超估估下約 3-4 年，所以建議 xocatII 由我代替佢做版主。

之後 xocatII 接納建議，所以變成由 HJ2127_ATR1, 唔易做組合。

過了一兩日，收到 xocatII pm ，成千字，大約說有一位好重要的會員，不過冇講邊位會員，反對我做版主。

當其時，我只想起筆突反對，不過都冇去查問邊個。

之後就變成 C : 唔易做一位版主。

就再同 xocatII 建議，冇問題，反正本身我係有呢個管理限權，方便管理英超估估下，當時我有建議加入紅豆沙做版主，因其實讓球盤遊戲主要都係佢攪的。

到過了一兩日，就轉番筆突，紅豆沙，唔易做組合，當時紅豆沙即時開了一題，限權 255 盤房 (足球版主專用），見到後，當然去查問 xocatII 乜原因，[紅豆沙，唔易做]做賭波版版主唔會反對，但加番筆突名我唔會反對，但講真就唔會建議。　

最主要係紅豆沙開了題，限權 255 ，所以當時我問 xocatII ，英超估估下是否支持，支持我就繼續攪下去，唔支持都冇問題，會同參賽英超估估下會員交待，爛尾。

xocatII 當時回應：等佢處理。

大約過了一星期，xocatII 的最後決定，就變 HJ2127_ATR1 組合。

因唔係全部事情都知，有好多係度睇番先知。

見到紅豆沙開呢題，都覺得奇怪，因基本上紅豆沙都冇做呢版版主起碼一至兩年，如果要開題，應該係 butt 先o岩。

最後：紅豆沙係博彩娛樂版分區版主，超級版主，點會冇呢個管理功能，而筆突，HJ2127_ATR1 係超級版主，都可以管理呢版的。

所以賭波版讓球盤最近冇開，主要唔係呢個原因。
