Do anyone use the e-banking of the bank, do need to pay annual fee? I have mortage in the bank.

no need to pay extra charge if your saving amount up to 150,000 for excel banking.

小弟戶口除左出糧果一日之外，無一日有五個位，e-banking一樣唔駛錢。

I remembered when I was very young (high school) and had no money, I met some bad attitude staffs.
I opened a company account 7 years ago, attitude was still bad and many rules.
I opened a Premium account 5 years ago, their attitude is a little bit better. But I closed all after 1 year.

Very sick of their "high nose" attitude, so should not open an accct with the bank anymore. There are many other better choices.

Thank for you all the comments. I'm hard to shift to other as I have mortage there and I usually in China so want to see the account details while I am in China.

Anyhow, could I ask for free e-banking service with mortage there? Any brothers have this experience?

I doubt if any bank would charge a fee to any customer for e-banking. The e-banking is to the bank's benefit and they would encourage you to use it. The alternative is to have customers lining up at the branches and it would be much more costly to the bank.

So, I find it hard to believe if you were asked to pay any fee.
