1st of all I would like to know how many of your car installed a voltage regulator? and what brand?...
How did you feel after installing such a device?

我 用 過 DIY 同 Buddy Club 覺 得 Buddy Club 真 係 好 D 又 唔 貴 (熟 人 價 的 話)

個電池咪係一個大電容羅, capacitance in parallel circuit 係 Ct = c1+c2+c3+c4+c5+....+cn, 其實放 cap 入去係想 filter out 果d 由 alternator 產生的 ripples. 通常ripple 會比 battery 吸收, 如果要平整d應該加 zener diode 去 cut out果d過高o既 ripple voltage.

Hey keibeast,
that's one hell of a good idea.
actually I thought about using the Zener Diode (as Voltage regulator)... but I have no idea what sort of current rating I should be looking at. have you tried that before???
