1.concentration ratio
  從經濟學角度係唔係解尼個行業究竟多唔多公司? 行業既集中度?

2. switching cost
  從微觀經濟角度，係唔係解客戶由一間公司轉去另一間公司所帶0黎既費用?

3.backward integration
尼個我真係唔明佢講乜

II.Backward integration is vertical integration that combines a core business with its suppliers.
  邊個先0岩?

你在讀大學喔?
這幾個名詞，最好的是問回教你的教授，因為他們口中所說的「解釋」才是official的
考試也只有答他們所說的，才一定會有分

不過要解也可以給個大概的意思給你..

1. concentration ratio

你的第一句「尼個行業究竟多唔多公司」，基本上就是這個意思，"concentration ratio" is an indicator of the relative size of firms in relation to the industry as a whole，但最重要的是，經濟學一般都用它來看一個行業的market form，就是有沒有壟斷，market structures怎樣之類..

2. switching cost

switching cost 有很多不同的解釋，大致上也正如你所說的「客戶由一間公司轉去另一間公司所帶0黎既費用」

抱歉，忘記是誰說過..Farrell... Thompson ... Cats-Baril 還是Gourville，switching cost 包括 exit fees, search costs, learning costs, start-up costs, equipment costs, emotional costs, financial risk, psychological risk, and social risk之類，可能有漏...

再廣義一點說
switching cost不只是出現在customer轉變服務供應者的處境
也有可能出現在公司轉變銷售對象、銷售貨品種類方面

3. backward integration

嗯.....要明白vertical and horizontal integration，你先要知道什麼是"value chain"，這是以前有個叫Michael Porter的理論..

一件貨品的產生，是要經過幾個不同的parties...舉個簡單的例子: TOYOTA要做一部車

1.原材料生產公司 => 2.半製成品公司 =>3.出口公司=> 4.TOYOTA公司(半製成品組裝) =>5.銷售公司

horizontal integration，就是水平整合
比如是TOYOTA，它的horizontal integration，就是收購同樣是第 "4."階層，同一個水平上的公司
換句話說，就是收購Ford，Honda等等「競爭對手」

vertical integration，就是垂直整合
比如是TOYOTA，它的vertical integration，就是收購上下第"1-3"或"5"的階層，垂直前後的公司
在汽車製造業來說，所有大型汽車公司，都是用了這個vertical integration的方法來減低成本的
補充一點，不一定是收購，可以用其他方法
外國公司如Ford，General Motors用的是合約限制，日本如TOYOTA，Honda用的是"經連(Keiren)"

backward and forward integration
其實就是vertical integration的2種
依剛才TOYOTA的例子

forward integration，就是向下，向更接近 end user 的第"5"階段的公司作收購

backward integration ，就是向上，向更接近 raw material的第 "1-3"階段的公司作收購
