Thanks brother. I think that I am asking a question that a lot of brothers may face while in China.
A number of websites are banned or restrained by the government so we cannot access it. Years ago, there were some public proxy servers available so that you could access it first and then went to the desired site. Now those proxy server sites are not available.
If your current proxy server can access XOCAT via another site, then in theory it can be set up so that we can make use of it to access other sites.
