If you have 20 millions to invest, what would you do?

I will do the following:

25% China H-Shares (China mobile, China Life Insurance, LiNing, China Petro, CCB)
20% HK blue chip (HSBC, Hutchison, HKEX, China Electric, Espirit)
20% India
10% Bond
20% crude oil fund
5% cash

Why you not consider to split that 25% of solely H share to the funds that contain China A share, on the other hand, I will suggest to buy BRIC fund instead India solely, enjoy

Don't forget the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund. It invests in real estates (such as projects and physical office buildings), not in real estate stocks. If is a very defensive investment tool during market downturn.

I am working on it! I would put $10m into cash yielding over 6.5% in AUD. 25% in PRC stocks and 25% in funds (BRIC).

That's my target to be able to consider not working. If I put HK$20m in AUD deposit, I can get HKD1.3m per year in interest at current AUD interest/exchange rates. That should be enough to live well if no mortgage. I guess I am over half way there.
