i've tried 3 times, and been served by 3 different BGs but JoJo (lucky me).
my experiences were not that bad.
the lady boss (who, according to what she said, worked in Royal Sauna Spa next to Central Library before) was quite nice, responsible, and positive.
last time, when I opted spa course, the BG even helped in scrubbing me with a towel while I was being soaked in the bathtub.
