Hang Lung is not too bad but I don't like Sino Land.

Their apartments are not bad. I used to own a couple of their developments.

Is it the HarbourSide? very nice place indeed

I live in one of Sino Land's properties, I have to say the materials used for buildings aren't that great.  Not forget to mention poor property management

if you think Sino Land and Hang Lung Properteis are that bad, howcome they can outperform those big developers such as SHKP and Henderson Land?
