標題: [疑難] 皇室宮殿桑拿冇私穩 [打印本頁]

小弟早兩日落去CWB皇室宮殿桑拿，竟然發覺個場面目全非，以往熟口熟面D員工都唔見，只有一位LOCKER仔講公司轉咗新管理，心諗莫非有嘢搞？到咗休息室以往嗰位靚靚小妹妹公關都唔見，好彩仲可以mark番個熟悉BG。好奇問吓係咪轉way，點知答案嚇了一跳，BG話轉咗新管理，公司內部加裝閉路電視同偷聽器。嘩！有冇搞錯，唔係搞D咁嘅嘢呀，又唔係搞嘢場，諗落都牙烟，都唔知D房有冇裝，以後都係去番東方棕泉好過.

Please do not spread out untrue message in this forum. As I know, the staff left because the management cut their wages. Therefore, so many staff left. Even if the sauna has installed CCTV, why specify OPS ? Why not Windors or other saunas ?

小妹就是上月剛離職的員工
從12月頭新人上場開始,便大改突改,不但在公司範圍裝閉路電視,還有偷聽器,我們一班同事也在不得以的事侯離開的,還在職的戊名員工,在公司提及新管理層的事宜,便立刻給于警告信,在這樣的公司,連說句話也不能,怎做?

我昨晚去過! 休息室的侍應很好, 只是不明那些經理請來做甚麼, 我坐了很久才有人走來問我.
按摩途中, 發現內線電話突然開了, 但又沒有人出聲.
其實我不介意他們在我按摩的時候, 進來和我傾計, 但開了intercom又不出聲很奇怪呀!
這批管理層以前做特工的嗎?

從12月開始,我們的薪金開始下跌,平均一個員工只有$7000-$7200薪金,也有很多新加入的員工,但為何他們可以有$8000-$8500包薪,還不是想迫我們走!

他們真的不知在做什麼的,我對他們都有大半個月了,但看他們完全不協調.聽說他們在先前在大陸的接管桑拿,各部門員工及小工(修甲.腳底)也2個月沒有薪金出,那你說做什麼?

I also know the new management, basically, they are the old guys of Royal Lake (not OPS). Actually, I do not like and support them. But, I would wonder the complaints on them, all are came out suddenly and pin point to certain people.

My point is : as a newbite,you open a new thread to highlight the CCTV and then, you turn to complain the management system. It is seem that you are very dissatisified with this sauna overall instead of a particular issue.................

請老兄睇清楚由始至終小弟都指向皇室宮殿桑拿安裝CCTV及收音器問題，
並沒有批評新管理制度，小弟只係應那位剛離職小妹妹說法。
小弟並非記者，又點知內裡情況，小弟只向各bros提示下，如到宮殿桑拿請小心
自己言行舉動。

Why you can get that "sercet message ?" Are you the staff or the management of this sauna. Normally, except the boss or shareholders, no one will know such plan (especially happen in April).

唔系呀嗎?剛剛決定用完皇室的套票,便會轉去東方,需然冇貴賓房,但都吾錯,而家連東方都要關門,搬去九龍我唔會去,甘香港島兩大桑拿沒了,其他的想吾掂都好難,温莎又舊,浪淘沙又細,甘點算,真系生意難做!甘桑拿便會有好多人失業了,
可惜.想吾到香港好的桑拿都關門.我想𣎴如你們叫東方把皇室頂下來,反正皇室關門,東方管理又好,我一定會去的

OPS will not buy this sauna because of the bad location.

To be fair, this is a good place for relaxation with fair price $6xx and good facilities.  If they improve the management, many people will go and will not mind the location.  So far the bone girls I tried are good, 10, 55, 102, 66, 16.
