隻3898南車唔識停，諗住今日回一回就入，但係唔停車，唉唉唉唉唉埃///////////明天追都追上車先。追爆佢////////////////

集團主要從事開發、制造及銷售車載電氣系統及電氣元件。其產品可分為兩大類，包括車載電氣系統如列車牽引變流器及列車安全裝備等。另一類則為電氣元件如電力半導體元件、傳感器及其它相關產品等。受惠於鐵道部將於4月份把全國鐵路作第六次大提速，料對集團產品需求有刺激作用。今年4月後，鐵路時速200公里以上路線延展里程一次達6003公里。目標$15，止蝕於$11.4。

A few insititution investors are holding between 5% to 10% of #3898. Not many shares are available for public trading so very easy to manipulate the price.

It depends whether it is the 莊家 and 基金 are holding 3898. If it is the latter one holding on to the stock, then it's a good sign.

Most are 基金. Almost reached $17 today.
