Property stocks is UP UP UP, today has raised 337 points is HSI-property index

Most of them going up today except SHK

This time property stocks going up is very predictable, most of people suggested it and then it goes up like rocket

If talking about the actual profit, I believe most of developers are NOT so good due to quiet market in 2006

A trap

or ....

Financial instiutions are already weak -> 005.

I wonder which one will be next?

With 016, many people are afraid because they like to do equity sell off in markets like these.

It seems nothing else... if go to second line, it should be the time to leave...

#5 has reached $140 (my original target price). Now, I reset this to $135 and hope can reach before Chinese New Year.

#5 seems going to your direction, it looks not soon will reach your target

I am OK. I can afford a few lots la but must be at the "right" price.
