In my humble opinion, Lawry’s is better value than say Morton’s and definitely Ruth’s Chris, while quality is comparable or better (than Ruth’s Chris) as far as Prime Rib is concern....
.....Another place which I remember having good prime rib value was San Francisco Steak House (with good Yorkshire pudding?) . But it was a long time ago, I visited before they moved away from Ocean Centre.
