* Form 7 or IVE Graduates in business related discipline, preferably in Operation or Supply Chain Management
* At least 1 years solid experience in handle order fulfillment & customer care is preferable
* Good command of spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
* Good computer skills (Chinese Word Processing, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
* Knowledge of ERP is preferred
* Able to work under stress, well-organized, detail-minded and can meet tight deadlines
* Immediately available is preferred
