Please beware that their direct cost has risen from 70% to 75% during last year.  Because corn price have risen a lot.  If corn prices continue to rise like last year, their profit might be affected if they cannot pass on the cost to consumer.

Am I reading too much?  Most people never read these prospectus, yes?
