RMA : What particlar RMA information that you need ??  

e.g. Under what conditions you factory need to allow the RTV goods , agreement between your factory & customer ????

此事是由美國總公司收回客戶壞品送回 hk 公司 再運去 prc
修理 . 主要最難是那判斷那人要負責費用 .

what is your warranty period? ask the customer to send you a defective report first, then send to your QA department to define who should be responsible for the repairing cost. Shipping cost should be one way for each party.
