武夷藥業(1889)董事長兼行政總裁林歐文透過視像會議表示，公司逾八成產品受中央及地方的價格管制所影響，零售價不得超過特定價格，不過公司仍有兩種藥品售價上調。他指出，公司部分產品通過政府實行的集中招標採購制度出售，而價格一般低於政府規定的最高上限價，所以公司受到的影響不大。

不過招股書仍列明價格管制是公司的風險因素之一，並指出由於05年政府調低若干藥品的上限價，令武夷藥業其中一種主要注射液產品因利潤率受損而停產。

另外，招股書亦披露，當局自06年6月起暫時禁止臨床使用武夷藥業的「魚腥草注
射液」，以研究其安全性。雖然部分已獲解禁，但其靜脈輸液仍被停用。由於該產品佔公司05總銷售額達19.7%，公司於06年下半年起便推出5種獲批藥品，以紓緩該注射液停用所造成的影響。

被問及人民幣持續升值對集團的影響時，財政司司長唐英年胞弟、美維控股(3313)執行主席唐慶年指出，由於現時集團約有45%屬人民幣銷售收入，較大部分印刷線路板同行高出15-25個百分點，因而差不多對沖了部分以人民幣結算的營運成本。

該集團財務總監唐英敏亦稱，人民幣升值對集團的風險很小。她又指集團的原材料成本主要受銅價影響，但由於能將成本轉嫁予客戶，所以銅價上升對集團同樣影響不大。行政總裁鍾泰強補充說，集團產品均根據客戶需要製造，因而能將原材料成本轉嫁。

市場傳出,武夷藥業(1889)公開發售估計超額認購逾百倍,料須啟動撥回機制,將公開發售可分配比例由10%升至50%,配售比例則由90%降至50%。消息又稱,該公司的國際配部份超購約50倍。

該公司是招股總數4.4515億股(其中8215萬為舊股),4451.5萬股公開發售,4.00635億股配售,另有6677.25萬股超額配股權,佔初步全球發售股數約15%。

上市發行價1.2-1.8元,料會以上限定價。

Why 驚? Unless you think it will go under water. But do you think Credit Suisse and UBS will put their reputation on the line?

Otherwise, for every $1 million application, you put in $100K, cost you not more than $900 in interest. In the worse (unlikely) scenario, you get zero allocation, it cost you $900 which is 0.9% of your investment. But if you can't take this small "risk", you shouldn't be going for IPO margin.

Just relax and sleep well, and find out how much you make at 4:30 pm tomorrow.

Trust me, I have been doing this for the last 3 years, and you can't find a better return and safer investment than this.
