I do hope so but we'll find out at 4:30 pm tomorrow.

Even if it only has a moderate rise, it is still a profitable IPO as allocation will be relatively high. At 100X over-subscribed, and with 50% clawback, the effective over-subscription rate is only 20X. Interest cost works out to be around 2%.

Just look at the sponsors - Credit Suisse and UBS. Their labels are worth 30% each.

No problem with this one. Maybe 20% to 30% rise at least.

This is only the grey market with only 730K shares changed hands. The two sponsors won't be doing anything in the grey market but don't expect them to sit around doing nothing tomorrow.

I am bidding at $1.94.

I think the job of sponsors is maintaining the stability of the listing price, but not buying up for 20% or 50%.

somehow the sponsor may have to "support" the share price to please its client...

I doubt it. If the share price rises more than 15%, they don't really need to do because they already have enough shares bought at the IPO price.

Once the whole IPO is done, they don't need to please it's clients

share price is listed in the top range and there is further 8% gain. also the listing is in good order. if the price is stable within the take-care period, then sponsors' job is done. the further bidding up will add volatility and please the mass public only.
