Yes, but shadow stocks already moved up a lot (#359 and #8259).

Whether a stock is good or not can't be purely determined by the PE, there are other factors to look into such as the quality of assets, cash flow, D/E ratio.

Probably need to read through the prospectus before coming to a decision
