Assist I.T. manager in providing technical support service to end-users and perform co-ordination works. Key Area of Responsibilities
•
Provide technical assistance and training to end-users on I.T. matters
•
Ensure the implementation, management and maintenance of the I.T. infrastructure
•
Prepare budget related expenditure estimations and maintain office budgets and servicing costs
Qualifications
•
Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
•
At least 1 year of relevant experience in PC Helpdesk support
•
Sound knowledge of computer hardware and software
•
Good communication skills and ability to work independently with all level of users
•
Good analytical and organizational skills
•
Proactive with positive attitude
