In my opinion, just so so, and the pirce is relative expensive to the qty and quality.

我上個星期五係鴻星食完annual dinner, 真係麻麻地, 雖然有海景睇不過地方比較窄, 坐得唔係好舒服.

魚翅城 is expensive and not really vavle for money!

I'd prefer the one in Nathan Road. Although expensive, but close by the MTR and an ideal place for gathering.

東海 is no good.  They downgraded themselves to become the cheap eats.  This is a case study on how you can ruin a brand so quickly and so completely. I would rather choose 鴻星 between the two。

魚翅城 - I rate them highly.  Their dimsum is probably among the best, hotel restaurants included.  I am going there at least twice a week.  Their quality is probably better than most restaurants in 5 star hotels, yet their prices could be 20% - 30% cheaper.

What? 鴻星 is getting cheaper and cheaper and food quality is poor. Just look at those locations at Cheung Sha Wan and HungHom (just terrible food and service). I prefer 東海 and Victoria (Hoi Do) any time!

I never said 鴻星 is good but 東海 is terrible.  I won't go to neither anyway.

If you go to a restaurant at Cheung Sha Wan and HungHom, you get the service that is commensurate with Cheung Sha Wan and Hunghom.  What else can you expect.

I was to Hung Sing in Nathan Rd TST last week, really bad.

We ordered a package of dinner, and it served a steam fish but with 2 pcs of fatty pork, and claimed
it was the "old style" cooking. Look horriable and taste awful.
