Depends on where you are staying? Previously there are a few healthcare centre have such service but were replaced significantly. You may try to find in China Town area. Some of the massage & spa company offer similar services.......but is more expensive than those in HK.

Thanks Ching, I will be around the Bencoolen Road in the city centre. I have searched in the internet ads, however, not dare to try, cause there are comments about these hotel Outcall Massage services are very expensive and the girls are not good as well.

But I also heard that there is a place where the government allowed them to do these sex business with license and also has a HIV negative cert. for them to proof. Is that true and where?

From memory, several street in Geylang are full of ladies standing on the street, Thai, Seri Lanka & mainland. Quite a scene & cheap but quality varies. It's probably kind of like Portland street experience.
There was a sauna in a building attached to a hotel I stayed at the end of Orchard road. Not sure if it was the Orchard Hotel. Had some malaysian Chinese.
There are some websites providing outcalls but many are from mainland. Probably not much interest for Big Brothers who frequent our motherland.
All from vague memory. Hope to be of some use & not too late.

That is Orchard Parade Hotel. On the opposite side of the road, there's a disco where you can easily find girls of different nationalities waiting for customer like you. They are mainly Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, etc. Sometimes you will be approached by the work girls even in the Starbuck just next to the hotel. Good luck!
