Two likely scenario,,,,

1. rise 500-1000 then adjust 400-600,,, spiral breakthrough since June/July,,,

2. down to 18500-19500 zone for +10% adjustment

Bear should be far away and crash unlikely without war or epidemic,,, but really no idea whether 1 or 2 would be coming before or after CNY,,,

If tomorrow can't rise +100, then I would incline to choose option two to cut-win first,,, as swiss bank is projecting 1500 HSI adjustment, and I know they mean it,,,

As of the first half trading session, HSI is already up over 300 points. Is it only a rebound due to US markets performance?

美國人鍾意先使未來錢，導致債台高築。該國消費者債務總額已高達 1 萬億美元（約 7.8 萬億港元），比 1989 年翻三番，相當於超出美國 06 年國內生產總值（ GDP ） 8% ，欠債額仲有上升趨勢。有專家擔心，呢個情況會觸發破產潮，最終導致美國出現經濟危機。

美國個人儲蓄率去年跌到負 1% ，係 1930 年代「經濟大蕭條」以來最低；現時每月都有超過一半信用卡卡主無法全數還款，每月平均赤字高達 2000 美元。美國總審計長瓦爾克警告，美國人如果唔馬上處理財政問題，美國可能重蹈古羅馬帝國覆轍，最終走向滅亡。

上周日圓兌歐羅出現十七個月內最大跌幅，雖然日本銀行將利率調升至半厘，日圓兌一歐羅由156.89跌至159.38，跌幅1.61％；兌英鎊更下跌2.1％、兌紐元下跌2.6％、兌澳元下跌2％、兌美元下跌1.4％。近年日圓貶值，卻未受其他國家過分指責，主要係日本嘅貿易模式出現咗變化。日本對美國出口由1990年佔總出口31.5％，到2005年已降至22.5％；反之，對中國出口由1990年只佔2.1％，上升到2005年13.4％。大量產品由日本運到中國加工，然後再從中國出口到歐美，不但降低咗日本產品嘅勞工成本，亦避免對美國和歐洲出口額大量上升。日本企業在國外賺到錢，亦冇急急滙返日本，而係响國外繼續投資，例如購買礦山，然後將礦物資源運回日本。日圓由2005年1月103日圓兌一美元，到今年1月降至122日圓，上述情況2月起能否繼續落去？呢幾年日圓貶值令日本企業純利大升，支持住日本股市；如日圓停止貶值，日本股票投資吸引力又再存疑。1990年至2001年日經平均指數由38957點回落至2001年1月13785點，跌幅64.6％；2001年1月起日本採用絲路利率政策，但日經平均指數繼續下滑，到2003年4月7603點才回升，最近見18188點。如把日圓貶值因素剔除，今天日經平均指數同2001年1月水平其實十分接近。1990年至今，日本住宅用地地價失去三分二價值，形成本土消費不振；2003年日經平均指數上升，有賴日圓弱勢及零利率政策，加上中國經濟強勁增長大大刺激日本產品出口所帶動！

3 weeks ago I wrote the above, scenario 2 turned out to be correct so far,,, is 18500 the bottom of correction,,, VERY LIKELY with decent HSBC's report and +10% correction,,,,
