I believe that there are many in HK but many of them also consider many factors before joining:
1. Time and Date that suitable without conflicts of work and studies
2. Location near home or work
3. Skills Level that should be similar to the player
4. Costs in terms of quality of shuttlecocks and courts
5. Many other personal and psychrological factors like exams, OT/shift work, etc.
