European shares extended losses on Wednesday, as a rout in global stock markets continued.

The FTSEurofirst 300 <.FTEU3> index of top European shares was down 1.8 percent at 1,479.39 points, after having fallen as low as 1,473.66 points.

Among major regional indexes, the CAC 40 <.FCHI> was down 1.6 percent, Germany's DAX <.GDAXI> down 1.5 percent.

估佢都會跌,但跌幅會收窄,因內地大傷完己有承接位,反而大家留意今個月5號仔既業績及中央兩會開會

no need to worry this time around because this is only a small correction. all gains since jan 1, 2007 has been erased in one day. NOTE: this is the second time in less than a year that we witnessed such a dramatic selloff. so watch out when the next time it comes around
