you are not transferring shares but ask the company to buy back the shares allotted to you. if i remember correctly, this requires 75% of shareholders consent in a shareholders' meeting. are you holding 75% or more shares in the company? if yes, you still need to check the quorum for holding a meetign in the Articles of Association.
