I've been to many places including wet markets in causeway bay / wan chai area as well as "Gourmet" in Causeway Bay and I cannot find any good quality local 牛頸肉.
Some of them claims to sell it and I bought some to try but it tastes nothing like what I had in the hot pot restaurants.
