為浙江省最大的連鎖百貨店，2005年，以中國城鎮家庭人均全年可支配收入及城鎮家庭人均消費性支出計算，浙江省僅位列北京及上海之後。

擁有兩間在中國經營百貨業務的Ａ股上市公司的相當數量的少數股權，分別為百大集團（滬：６００８６５）及武漢武商集團（深：０００５０１），各持２９﹒８８％及２２﹒６２％股權。

銀泰百貨與南韓百貨店營運商樂天訂立合資協議，共用擁有及經營位於北京王府井的一間百貨店，預期於2008開始營運。

見呢度多人留意, 比多D資料大家。

　　銀泰百貨（１８３３）招股書中"企業投資者"披露，接獲中國人壽保險（集團）全資附屬公司中國人壽保險（海外）（「中人壽海外」）按發行價認購最多約２﹒３４４億元股份，假設以招股價中位數計算，中人壽海外認購股份相當於全球發售完成後已發行股份約２﹒７％。
　　另外，持有迪生創建（０１１３）的潘迪生家族旗下全資擁有的ＥｑｕｉｔｙＡｄｖａｎｔａｇｅ　Ｌｉｍｉｔｅｄ亦同意認購最多１﹒５６２億元股份，相當於全球發售完成後已發行股份約１﹒８％。

因為咁佢先夠膽大跌市下照加價。

市場消息指, 浙江省最大百貨企業銀泰百貨 (1833)計劃以招股價上限5.39元定價, 合共發售4億5千萬股, 集資24億2550萬元.

「上海證券報」引述消息指, 銀泰百貨公開招股部分超額認購超過 200倍, 公開發售比例由一成增至五成, 並以招股價上限定價. 銀泰百貨股份將於3月20日上市.

The unofficial grey market price several days fm newspaper ago was abt 5.8X.

See if it can rise 20% in day 1.

Not much but OK (better than nothing in this difficult atmosphere).

If using margin for 中糧, it will have a high chance to loss at 1000 times over-subscription.

Sold, and make around $5K net profit in a week with low risk. It's OK.

The quality of this share is so so (PE too high and many others to choose fm). Cash the profit when the market is unstable.
