有少少關於供股o既疑問...

股份除權之後, 分拆出黎o既供股權個買賣價係咪多數會低過個供股價???

如果供股權個價高過供股價, 其實有冇啟示作用...???

Not necessarily.  It all depends on what the exercise price is vs. the ex-rights price.

Theoretical rights price = stock price (ex-rights) - exercise price.

ie, if stock price = $10, exercise price = $4, theoretical rights price = $10 - $4 = $6.

供股權個價高過供股價, 其實有冇啟示作用...???:

that means the rights issue is at a big discount - 大折讓供股
