Higher diploma or above with 1-2 years manufacturing (Gifts & Toys) experience is preferred;
Sound PC knowledge, basic Excel necessary;
Good English written/spoken and good Mandarin skills;
Good communication and interpersonal skill with all levels in working with customers, factories and vendors;
Immediately available is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with suppliers / factories and communicate effectively with merchandising team in HK / China.
To input and update data into the system;
To prepare order related documents (SC, CT, TT, shipping mark, labeling, draft production specification);
Sample follow up (testing/ approval/ pre-production/ production samples – product and packaging);
Packaging Artwork follow up
