The Asian Film Awards 2007 亞洲電影大獎 08:30p.m. TVB Pearl
由香港主辦的「亞洲電影大獎」（Asian Film Awards 簡稱AFA），匯集全亞洲各國電影精英，通過嚴謹公正的評選過程，頒發亞洲電影界最高殊榮。「亞洲電影大獎」旨在表揚亞洲電影業界之傑出成就，屆時將吸引超過五十個地區轉播，絕對是香港開埠以來規模最大的一次國際性電影盛事。
頒獎典禮由莫文蔚、吳大維及薛凱琪擔任主持，除邀請候選嘉賓出席外，更請來享譽國際之導演及知名影星擔任頒獎嘉賓，包括法國著名導演洛比桑、藝人梁朝偉、趙薇及特別嘉賓蕭芳芳等，而表演嘉賓林憶蓮則會在當晚演唱多首電影歌曲，包括《追》、《Kimi wo nosete》、《I BELIEVE》。
Organized by the HKIFF and held in conjunction with Entertainment Expo, the ASIAN FILM AWARDS will honor the best of Asian cinema over the past year, including filmmakers with outstanding career achievements and emerging artists who demonstrate extraordinary talent in the field of cinema. Awards will recognize films and filmmakers from all over Asia – from Iran to China to India – in ten categories.
