各位大哥，

因囡囡由湖南來深圳發展她的事業，小人物可能和她在生意上有來往，
囡囡想在深圳租屋住，但地產公司介紹的一般，不知各位大哥有否好的提議!

价錢在二仟左右，羅湖、福田都可，治安好些，房新淨些。

小人物自告奮勇幫她租屋，是希望和她在生意上有來住同時，私底上也有往來、、、、、

I have that thought too, finding a place for she.

I remember someone mentioned "Gang Xia District" in other post. I checked with Hua Qia City, the rental there seems very high but the overall environment is good.

華僑城 is one of the most expensive area in SZ

you can try new buildings in 水圍 or the area around, for a apartment of 50m2, it should be about your budget

Any recommendation in Zhuhai, main concerning in safety ? I just dont want to be mobbed by someone after "mobbed" by she.

The rental price in Zhuhai is cheaper than that in Shenzhen. A flat of ~50 sq.m and reasonable facilities costs you 1,200-1,500 per month. Those situate at the remote area like 唐家湾 may be further cheaper.

如果唔嫌遠d，可考慮布吉，離市中心半小時車程。 約三百尺租500-700人仔，一廳一房廚廁，唔包管理水電煤。

大哥，講起來長篇，得閑慢慢講故，

日常做正經生意的，夜晚就，所以想近香港的深圳，以便留的腳力、腰力夜晚用，老人家, 沒辦法

Usually a rental apartment falls into the price range 1,200-1,500, furnished or unfurnished?

And, is 2 months deposit & 1 month in advance a common pratice in Mainland?
